Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Artillery
2018-11-29Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Artillery was held on 29 November 2018 at the Regimental Centre, Panagoda with the participation of Senior Officers and other Officers. The days events were commenced with morning Physical Training (Yoga with Zumba), Drill session for officers, informative and thought provoking presentations as listed below:
Presentation on "Chinese Revolution" by 15 SLA.
Lecture on "Prevention of Non - Communicable Diseases" was conducted by the Doctor, Capt Sadaruwan Hettiarachchi from the Office of Healthy Army Healthy Nation.
Maj Gen SD Thennakoon (Retd) RSP VSV ndc, conducted a very informative lecture and discussion on "Self Image and Self Esteem" during the Diners Club at the Officers' Mess, which concluded the Training Day successfully.
