Graduation of Long Gunnery Staff Course (ORs) FD - 15
2018-12-19Graduation Ceremony of the Long Gunnery Staff Course (LGSC) FD - 15, which was commenced from 12 February 2018 to 14 December 2018, held on 15 December 2018 at School of Artillery Minneriya. The course was begun with the 17 Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and 14 NCOs were graduated as Assistant Instructor in Gunnery. Brig K N S Kotuwegoda ndc IG graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at the graduation ceremony and he witnessed the course final presentation at evening hours on 14 December 2018 on the subject of 'Basic Geographic Information System (GIS)'. At the occasion GIS pamphlet was presented to the Chief Guest and the School Library which rewritten by the course Students. To officially mark the graduation, the chief guest presented the certificates and the Assistant Instructor in Gunnery (AIG) Insignia to the newly graduated NCOs.
