School Donation Programme - Shilpaloka Primary School
2019-01-17The Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch organized a donation programme for one of the rural Schools in Halamba wewa, Talawa of the Anuradhapura district on the 17 January 2019.
Shilpaloka primary school had a scarcity of drinking water. The Artillery Seva Vanitha branch donated a Tube Well including water tank, drainage and pipe work.
64 students participated in this event which was held at the School premises and each student were gifted with school bag, pens, pencils, rulers, erasers, sharpeners, gum bottles, pencil boxes and chocolates.
All donations for this noble and meritorious act were collected by the President and members of the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch and financial assistance of Mrs Rita Franz made this event success.
