Artillery Vesak Lantern Displayed at the Gangaramaya Vesak Zone Won the Second Place
2012-05-13The vesak lantern displayed by the Regiment of Artillery, won the Second place out of one thousand lanterns that were displayed at the Gangaramaya vesak zone. This has been the second occasion that the Regiment of Artillery secured the second place in three years. The Regiment of Artillery wishes to congratulate S/Sgt Thilakeratne and his team for a repeated excellent job done. A Dimo cargo truck was awarded to the Regiment of Artillery by His Excellency the President Hon Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees on 12 May 2012.
