Sri Lanka Artillery Marks its 132nd Regimental Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony to Revere War Heroes
2020-04-20Due to prevailing threat of "COVID - 19" pandemic 132nd Regimental Anniversary commemoration ceremony got underway at the Regimental Monument, Panagoda on 20 April 2020 in small scale as a private ceremony.
Commander Security Forces -Jaffna and the Colonel Commandant - Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Maj Gen PR Wanigasooriya VSV USP ndu USACGSC, Centre Commandant - Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Brigadier KPS Premalal RWP RSP USP and Regimental Sergeant Major revered the fallen war heroes of the Regiment by laying a floral wreath at the Regimental Monument.
Programme of 132nd Regimental Anniversary has been postponed indefinitely due to present threat of "COVID - 19" pandemic and new schedule of events will take place when the normalcy returns.
