Workshop on 'Introduction to Archery' was conducted by the 15 DRONE Regiment
2020-11-13In view of further developing sport activities in the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, with the directions and responsibilities given out by the Colonel commandant to the respective regiments to initiate few sports within the Regiment, a Workshop on "Introduction to Archery" was conducted by the 15th DRONE Regiment at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda on 13 November 2020.
Workshop was conducted by Captain Indranath Perera (Rtd) from the Gamunu Watch, Coach- Sri Lanka Army Archery Team who is also an expert in the field of Archery. The participants were exposed to both theoretical and a practical session conducted at the Artillery Cricket Grounds.
The Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Major General KNS Kotuwegoda ndc IG, Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant, Senior Officers and Other Ranks of the RHQ SLA were present at the event.
