Accordant with a concept of Commander Security Force Kilinochchi, with the sponsorship of family of philanthropists from Colombo a programme of donating stationary items for 88 young Buddhist monks in Galkanda Purana Rajamaha Viharaya Eppawala was conducted, on 02 January 2021.

Mr Suren De Silva and his family members in response to a request made by the Commander Security Force Kilinochchi Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda and his spouse President of Sri Lanka Artillery Regiment Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Shamini Kotuwegoda contributed to the project. Further, Colonel General Staff SFHQ KLN Colonel Anil Somaweera, Colonel Sanjaya Wanasekara and Lieutenant Colonel Pradeep Vithanage provided fullest support to make the event a success.

Senior Staff Officers of SFHQ KLN together with representative donors also took part in the social service project with strictly adhering to the health regulations.
