7th & 8th Houses Constructed from the Gunner Supercross Housing Project Fund - 2011 were Handed Over
2012-01-23Two houses constructed in Kandy district from the Gunner Supercross 2011 were handed over to Next of Kin of late L/Bdr Saman Kumara GWG of 11 SLA and to S/151912 S/Sgt Rajapaksha PMS of 15 SLA on 22 Jan 2012. Mr. Sitendra Senaratne, Managing Director/CEO, Ceylon Leather Products PLC – Principal Sponsor of Gunner Supercross 2011 who made a generous contribution to this project handed over the houses to the Next of Kin of late L/Bdr Saman Kumara GWG and to S/151912 S/Sgt Rajapaksha PMS. Brig PMSA Pallemulla USP IG – Commander, 211 Brigade, Senior Officers, Mrs Ludmila de Silva – Vice President of Artillery Seva Vanitha and Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch attended for the opening ceremonies held in Wattegama and Theldeniya.
