Tug of War Carnival - 2017
2017-01-20Tug of War Carnival of the Regiment of Artillery was held on 19 Jan 2017 at Regimental Sports Ground Panagoda. Heavy and Light Weight Teams of Eleven Regiments competed in the event and 7 SLA secured the Heavy Weight Championship whilst 5 SLA won the Light Weight Championship. 11 SLA & 14 SLA emerged as runners-up respectively. Adjutant General of Sri Lanka Army Maj Gen AS De Z Wickramarathne USP ndc psc IG graced the occasion as Chief Guest and many senior officers were present.
