Colonel Ajith Dissanayake Assumed Duties as the Centre Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery
2017-01-25Colonel DMAP Dissanayake RWP RSP IG assumed duties as the 23rd Centre Commandant of the Regiment of Artillery on 25 January 2017 in a customary ceremony held at Regimental Centre, Panagoda. Guard turnout was accorded to the incoming Centre Commandant by the troops of Regimental Headquarters. Subsequently religious observances and lighting the traditional oil lamp were taken placed prior to taking over of the appointment. Colonel Ajith Dissanayake placed his signature for a formal document in a presence of Regimental staff to signify the acceptance of duties and responsibilities of the new appointment.
