SUPPORT TO AFFECTED FAMILIES IN GANEWATTA

In response to the challenges brought about by Cyclone Ditwha, the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch organized a relief distribution programme in the Kaduwela, Pahala Bomiriya, Ganewatta area on 07 December 2025.

Led by its President, Mrs. Vindya Premaratne, and supported by the Branch members, the event provided much-needed dry rations, clothing, sanitary supplies, and cleaning materials to over 100 individuals. The initiative aimed to bring immediate assistance to those experiencing hardships due to the adverse weather.

The programme reflects the Branch’s dedication to uplifting communities during difficult periods.
