2016-12-19Newly built house constructed by 4 SLA with generous financial assistance of Army Seva Vanitha Branch for S/161307 Gunner Weerasinghe WMS’s Family at Myhlawala, Hambegamuwa, Thanamalwila was handed over to his family at a ceremony held on 18th December 2016. The president of Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs Priyangani Jayasundara was handed over the house to S/161307 Gunner Weerasinghe WMS’s family. Colonel Commandant Major General PWB Jayasundara USP ndc psc IG, Adjutant General of Army Headquarters Major General AS De Z Wickramarathne USP ndc psc IG & Commandant ARTRAC Major General GRH Dias USP ndc psc IG along with other senior officers, Members of the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch, Officers and Other Ranks were attended to the occasion.
