PASSING OUT PARADE OF THE POST DEPOT COURSE FD - 225
2023-12-05The passing out parade of the Post Depot Course FD - 225 was successfully held on 02 December 2023 at School of Artillery, Minneriya. There were 99 well motivated soldiers joined the 'Gunners Family' after successful completion of 03 months strenuous training. S/167782 Gnr Kumarasinghe ERHLP of 7 Light Regiment emerged as the "Best Gunner" and he was awarded with a replica of the "Lewke Gun".
Brigadier K A U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG graced the occasion as the chief guest and his address during the event was undoubtedly a great motivation to all new Gunners. Number of senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and close relatives of passed out Gunners were present during this memorable occasion.
