OFFICERS TRAINING DAY OF SRI LANKA ARTILLERY - 1/2024
2024-02-16Officers Training Day of Sri Lanka Artillery was held on 16 February 2024 at the Regimental Centre, Panagoda, with the participation of the Commandant of Defence Services Command and Staff College and the Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery Major General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP psc IG along with Senior Officers and other Officers. The programme commenced with a review of the Artillery Conceptual model, followed by an informative and thought-provoking lecture on tax policies of Sri Lanka conducted by Mr. Wasantha Kumara. The day’s proceedings terminated, with an informative and timely lecture by Dr. Lahiru Kodithuwakku on " Military support to Health Authorities in Mitigating of Pandemic " during the Diners Club at the Officers Mess, and the Officers Training Day concluded successfully, after enriching and inspiring Gunner Officers, on professional development towards Glory and Success.
