Leadership workshop for Regimental Sergeant Majors
2015-03-27Leadership Workshop for Senior Non Commissioned Officers holding appoints of Regimental Sergeant Major, Battery Sergeant Major and Troop Sergeant Major was successfully held on 26 and 27 of March at the School of Artillery Minneriya. Two days workshop was organized by the School of Artillery with the close supervision of Commander Artillery Brigade under the guidance of the Colonel Commandant in order to establish a common platform for Senior Non Commissioned Officers to share their experience and acquire knowledge on personal management and unit administration. Colonel Commandant delivered the Key Note Address for 82 Senior Non Commissioned Officers present at the workshop and certificates were awarded to participants by the Commander Artillery Brigade with the Closing Remarks of the workshop.
