Inter Regiment Novices Tug of war Competition - 2018
2018-01-27Artillery Inter Regiments Novices Tug of War Competition was held on 27 January 2018 at Artillery Complex Minneriya. Heavy and light weight teams of all twelve regiments competed in the event and 7 SLA secured the heavy weight championship whilst 11 SLA won the light weight championship for year 2018. 14 SLA & 16 SLA emerged as runners-up respectively. Brigadier A S Hewawitharana RSP USP ndc IG graced the occasion as Chief Guest and many senior officers were present. Apart from that retired WOs & SNCOs veteran Tug of War competitors of the Regiment, were invited for the event.
