Army "Capstone Doctrine" Adopted to the Organization

Major General GRH Dias VSV USP ndc psc IG in the company of Major General WA Wanniarachchi WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc presented the maiden copy of the 'Capstone Doctrine' to the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General NUMMW Senanayake RWP RSP VSV USP USACGSC during a brief ceremony at the Colombo Army Hospital auditorium on 30 October 2018.
