Felicitation of Civilian Employees of the Regiment of Artillery

It is indeed a known fact that the contributions made by the civilian employees of the Sri Lanka Army during the past immensely supported and facilitated all levels in uniform to concentrate on their respective duty in the field or otherwise during the past and even at present and without hesitation one would say that they will continue to render the same or better service in the future.
