Commander Artillery Brigade, Brig C S Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP psc IG was felicitated on 06 Apr 20, upon his promotion to the rank of Brigadier. Featuring the event,the Bde Comd was accordedwith a guard turnout and all staff of the Bde HQ expressed their best wishes on his arrival to the office.The simple ceremony was concluded with all ranks tea.
