Lt Col R K M S Kulatunga RSP USP psc IG SLA assumed duties as the 30th Commanding Officer of 4th Field Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery on 30th September 2021 at Rear Headquarters of 4th Field Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery Panagoda.

Programme for assuming duties commenced with brief religious observance as a symbolic gesture of taking over the command. The event took place with strictly adhering to the health guidance given to prevent the COVID 19 pandemic.
