10 SLA HAS INAUGURATED A CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE FOR AN EX LTTE COMBATANT LIVING IN JAFFNA
2021-11-06Construction of house has been started for an Ex LTTE Combatant, released from presidential Pardon on 24 June 2021. This person has been living a temporary shelter along with her sister. This project has been implemented according to the concept of Commander Security Force Jaffna Maj Gen TJ Kodituwakku RWP RSP ndu with Under the expert guidance of the General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division Maj Gen MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc and the Project Coordinated by Brig MKUP Gunratne RSP ndu psc IG construction of the house is being done by 10 SLA Troops. The foundation stone for the house has been ceremonially laid by Chief of Defence Staff and the Commander of the Sri lanka Army and the chairmen of national Operation Center for prevention of Covid 19 outbreak Gen LHSC Silva WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc Mphil on 03 November 2021.
