Army Inter Regiment Tug of War Competition 2022

2022-10-17

The grand finale of the Army Inter Regiment Tug of War Competition 2022 was held on 16 October 2022 at Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment Ground at Panagoda. The preliminary matches in both Light and Heavy weight categories were commenced from 12 to 14 October 2022 at the same venue.

Sri Lanka Artillery team won the championship in 640 kg Heavy weight category by defeating the Sri Lanka Light Infantry. In the Light weight category (560 kg), Gunners became the second runner up defeating the Gamunu Watch.
