The Regimental Council 1/2023 of Sri Lanka Artillery was held on 23 February 2023 at Conference Hall, Regimental Centre, Panagoda. The Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Artillery Major General WASS Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu presided the Council along with other council members.
