Lt Col S P Athuldora Arachchi RSP USP psc IG SLA, assumed duties as the 32nd Commanding Officer of 4th Field Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery on 24 July 2024, at Panagoda.

The programme for assuming duties commenced with reviewing the Guard Turnout. Lt Col S P Athuldora Arachchi RSP USP psc IG SLA, placed his signature on a formal document after a brief religious observance as a symbolic gesture of taking over the command. The day’s events included Planting a sapling, a All Ranks Tea Party and a Troop Address.
