SRI LANKA ARTILLERY SEVA VANITHA BRANCH ORGANISED A BLOOD DONATION PROGRAMME IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 75TH ARMY DAY
2024-07-26In accordance with the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch organised a Blood Donation Programme. The event took place at the 4 Field Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery. Among the notable attendees were Major General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP psc IG, the Commander, Security Forces (Central) and the Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery. He was accompanied by council members and their spouses, who supported the noble cause.
The blood donation programme drew a commendable response, with more than 100 donors stepping forward to contribute. The presence of high-ranking officials and their families added a sense of solidarity and purpose to the event, highlighting the collaborative spirit of the military.
