School of Artillery Collaborated with Commercial Bank in Planting Saplings at Artillery Complex, Minneriya
2024-08-24Under the guidance of the Colonel Commandant and the Commander Security force Headquarters (Central), Major General B K G M L Rodrigo RSP psc IG, School of Artillery launched a sapling planting campaign in collaboration with Credit Supervision and Recovery Division of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC on 24th August 2024, at the Artillery Complex Minneriya, commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army and the 104th Anniversary of Commercial Bank. This initiative covered planting of 50 mango saplings and 54 coconut saplings within the premises of Artillery Complex, Minneriya. The event was graced by the Commander Artillery Brigade, the Commandant School of Artillery, senior military officers, and staff representatives headed by Mr. Nalin Samaranayake, Assistant General Manager (Credit Supervision and Recoveries) from Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
