Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch Organizes a Health Camp for the Wives of Soldiers and Civil Servants
2025-03-10The Sri Lanka Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch, dedicated to supporting the families of artillery personnel, successfully organized a comprehensive Health Camp on 09th March, 2025, at the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch Office Complex in Panagoda. This initiative aimed to provide accessible medical services to the families of soldiers and civil servants, enhancing their well-being and demonstrating the branch's commitment to their welfare.
The camp featured general medical consultations, as well as specialized eye and dental clinics, ECG, FBC and Cholesterol checking and at the end very important lectures were conducted. Medical officers from the Army Base Hospital Panagoda and Army Hospital Narahenpita, along with their staff, volunteered their services to ensure comprehensive healthcare provision. Apart from that Civil Medical officers were participated.
The Programme was conclude with a lunch for all the members of the families of soldiers and civil servants and a gift pack for all the participants for the health Camp.
This health camp exemplifies the Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch's ongoing dedication to the welfare of artillery personnel's families, reinforcing the strong sense of community and support within the Sri Lanka Artillery.
