VISIT OF GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING 23 INFANTRY DIVISION TO THE 9TH FIELD REGIMENT OF SRI LANKA ARTILLERY

The General Officer Commanding of the 23 Infantry Division, Maj Gen GPP Kulatilaka ndc conducted his visit to the 9th Field Regiment of the Sri Lanka Artillery on 28 July 2025. The senior officer was accorded with a Drive pass and the Commanding Officer, Lt Col TVN De Saa RSP USP psc IG SLA extended a warm welcome to the GOC upon his arrival, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

To mark the significance of the visit, a special commemorative moment took place with the planting of a sapling of the Mango tree. The visit was unfolded with Battery visit, camp visit, Group photograph and the signing of visitors’ book by the GOC.

The Colonel GS 23 Inf Div, and BM 233 Inf Bde, accompanied the General Officer Commanding on the visit.
