HANDING OVER CEREMONY OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOUSE TO A NEEDY FAMILY

The Sri Lanka Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch successfully completed another welfare initiative with the handing over of a newly constructed house to S/159780 Bdr Wijerathne RDHK at Udaththapola, Pahalagasgama, Dodamgaslanda on 28 September 2025.

The ceremony was graced by the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG as the Chief Guest together with Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit.

The project was carried out under the direction of Major General Nilantha Premaratne RSP USP nps psc Colonel Commandant of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery and Mrs. Vindya Premaratne President of the Sri Lanka Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch, showcasing the Regiment’s steadfast commitment to enhancing the welfare of its soldiers.
