In parallel with the celebration of 128th anniversary of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, WOs' and Sgts' Mess night was held at Regimental WOs' and Sgts' Mess, Panagoda on 19th April 2016 with the participation of Major General Sumith Manawaduge, Colonel Commandant of the regiment and many senior Gunner Officers.
