Lt Col RWRSSDDS Senarath psc IG SLA took over duties as Commanding officer 6 SLA on 11 August 2017. While outgoing Commanding officer Lt Col HR Senaviratne RSP psc IG SLA relinquish command of the prestigious regiment. Troops of 6 SLA accorded salute to outgoing Commanding officer & incoming Commanding officer.
